It has taken us long enough but we have finally got Bibles to our 23 newest believers!! With the floods coming shortly after their baptism in July it had taken us almost 3 months to get back and do our follow up prayer meeting and Bible distribution. And praise God, not even a three month wait could dampen their spirit as they were so excited to receive their Bibles. It has helped that Victor and Nicodemus have been working in their area and stopping by during their door to door visits but this was a day they had eagerly awaited. As usual I am going to start my praise report with saying thanks to God for His great love for us. As you know about about people who were baptized in Sahiwal by me (Saul Masih). We did this baptism in Sahiwal and people who were baptized asked for Bibles because they had not Bibles in their houses to read and get more knowledge about Jesus Christ. With your help we provided them Bibles last day in a prayer meeting. I called these all people in a community center of this village, I did a prayer meeting first. There were 50 people in my prayer meeting and we had to give Bibles to 23 people, people came in our meeting with great passion because last time when we arranged prayer meeting in same village people enjoyed a lot. They enjoyed praise songs and word of God we talked with them about working for God together in His presence.
In our Bible giving prayer meeting we chose scripture from 2 Timothy Chapter 4 and Verse 2

This is very simple verse to read but we talked just about first part of this Verse “Preach the Word” man of God is saying in this part about reaching out to those who are unreached because those who don’t know Jesus need to be preached and taught. These Bibles are given to you to read and to tell other. Now this is your duty to read these Bibles daily and try to spread message what is written in this and in this way you can share word of God with them who don’t know Him yet.
This was short message for those people.
I also told them that these Bibles are given them by you and people who have provided these Bibles want you to be saved.
People who received Bibles are very thankful to you for arranging this prayer meeting and Bibles for them.
We believe you will not loss you reward in the time of Jesus coming. We are thankful to you for giving us this oppertunity by using us for giving your gift to Pakistani people.
After sharing word of God I gave Bibles to 23 people. We called them one by one and gave this gift from you. They said thanks when they received this precious gift from you through us.
They promissed that they will be praying for you and your family for taking care of them.
When we finished our meeting people came to us and told us about new villages where people are still unreached and want some one to tell them about truth and the way. We said that we would try to reach to them with the will of God.
Victor and Nicodemas are still working in Sahiwal with these people. Please keep praying for these two they need your prayer and love.
Prayer for new villages in Sahiwal where we want to reach to unreached people.
Keep praying for Children in Sahiwal we want to do something to make their future bright.
Keep praying for Sewing School in a village of Sahiwal because girls are spending very suppressed life in that village.
Keep Praying flood victims in different areas.

Happy Anniversary VWS!
I can’t begin to explain how blessed I feel as I look back on our first year, the good times, bad times, friends, miracles, and just God’s presence. Speaking before the group of close to 500 believers on our anniversary was the icing on the cake!! I have never felt more honored than I did then probably because they shouldn’t have been there in the first place. They had been told by local police not to gather and we have never held a gathering without the protection of local police. This would not deter them! Saul then told everyone that only one from each house should attend (approx. 100 people). That didn’t work either. So, people traveled hundreds of miles to attend at their own risk…..to show their thanks to God! Then as everyone was arriving and greeting each other the government shut off the electricity….but even that couldn’t stop the meeting as they had to go rent a generator!! My faith and determination have grown so much in the last year and I can’t wait for the next!!! Thanks everyone for an awesome year!!!

First Annual Thanksgiving Meeting from Saul Masih
Psalms 95:1-6
“O come, let us sing unto the LORD: let us make a joyful noise to the rock of our salvation.
Let us come before his presence with thanksgiving, and make a joyful noise unto him with thanksgiving and extol him with music and song.”
This verse shows how God’s name should be praised during thanksgiving. There should be a joyful noise to say Him thanks for all what He has done for us.
Vertical World Solutions tried to do this on its “First Annual Thanksgiving Prayer Meeting”. God had already planned for VWS to do work in Pakistan but He chose 29 October 2009 to act on His plan. Last day we finished our first glorious year in Pakistan. On this 29 October 2010 VWS was one year old in Pakistan. 2009 and 2010 had been full of blessings for Vertical World Solutions in Pakistan. We did lot of work in Pakistan for God’s glory. His named is raised in 2009 and 2010 among our nation. We have Sewing School for girls, Primary School for poor children, “Water Of Life” for thirsty and needy, clothes for bear and naked, education for ignorant, love for ignored, hands for downtrodden, hope for hopeless, food of life for hungry, food of Spirit for Spiritually hungry, a way for the lost, but more than ALL these “We have Jesus For All”. In our last year God gave us lot of things to do and we are thankful to His for being with us, without God’s presence and will all these things were impossible for us to do. Without Him we are nothing but with Him we are more than this world.
We are thankful to God for those people who have supported us in all projects.
On this 29 October we arranged a thanksgiving prayer meeting to give all thanks and glory to God for our first year in Pakistan.
We started our meeting with singing praise songs, in the middle of prayer meeting Brother Steve Vines delivered a message from Matthew 5-6-7 Chapters. One verse from each chapter was recited to teach people. We had more than 450 people in our prayer meeting. Brother Steve Vines spoke with people through telephone and shared his testimony about starting work in Pakistan. People enjoyed this very much.
We did a cake cutting ceremony and after this we gave awards to appreciate those people who had been working with us as important parts of VWS Pakistan.
We had invited people from different churches to show love that Jesus has in our hearts for all. There were Pastors and Priests from the Salvation Army, Catholic Church, ARP Church, Grace Bibles Church and Christ Church. Brother Steve’s Message was also from 1 Corinthians 12:12 “The body is a unit, though it is made up of many parts; and though all its parts are many, they form one body. So it is with Christ.”, so we called them as part of God’s Church body.
In the end we provided dinner to people because they also came from far areas.
This meeting had been blessing for every one and my people were so happy to listen to brother Steve Vines first time. They enjoyed this very much and we believe God will give us more chances to listen brother Steve Vines’ messages again.
In the end once again we are thankful to you all for your prayers and love for us.
