As we wait for the well in village 51/EB to be complete, Saul was busy helping flood victims with our largest food distribution and medical camp to date. In conjunction with another non-profit, Serving Others World Wide, we were able to provide 300+ people with food to last them 20-40 days and the medical care that they so badly needed. A lot of people worldwide think the worst is over in Pakistan….think again! Humanitarian director Jane Cocking said in a statement, just today, ”that this was a crisis of a truly epic scale and it’s far from over yet.” She also added that “almost four million in need of food aid were yet to receive it.” Couple that with news from Pakistan that the number of reported cases of acute diarrhea and skin diseases has more than tripled in the past three weeks, while the number of reported cases of acute respiratory infections had quadrupled. In America that may not sound bad, but keep in mind that diarrhea is the second leading cause of death in children worldwide!!

We are thankful to God for His love that He has shown for us through His generous and devoted people. We have finished our latest medical camp and food distribution in flood victims with the help of God’s people. Thank you all!!
Water is being dried out but people are still fighting with many problems. Big organizations are working in Pakistan but all are working in that area where they can get media attention to get publicity or more donations for flood victims but small villages are being ignored by them. We have done our work in area which is ignored and no one is giving attention towards this. We are thankful to God He used us here in this area where people are crying for help.
Medical Camp….
After flood next challenge that people have to face is health problems, now this has been started many people are getting sick with cholera, diarrhea, ophthalmia, boils and other skin diseases. We did this medical camp for these people to save them from these diseases and we provided them medicines and clean water to drink. We arranged a doctor who did check up of these people and prescribed some medicines for them and told them some safety measures to avoid from spreading of different diseases. Food Distribution…
Food is among basic needs of people, without food human body can not produce energy to do work. Area where we distributed food is foodless because mostly people are unemployed due to flood in the area. In this area there are not work opportunities for people they are workless. People have to spend their lives on provided help by others but they are ignored by big NGO’s and Government. Children don’t have milk to drink. We provided them food to survive them from dieing with hunger. Many people had threatened to do suicide if they would not be provided with food. Situation is very dangerous with people. We provided these people good food to keep them alive. This food is aid has encouraged them much. We provided Wheat Flour, Sugar, Cooking Oil, Rice, Macaroni, Rusk, Mineral Water, Biscuits, Milk Packs, Juices, Potato Chips, Bath Soaps and Washing Powder. People Feelings….
People were thankful to God and those people who have provided these things. Sick people were thankful for doctor visit and medicines to because this was impossible for them to go to doctor and buy medicines but God made it possible for them through His blessed people. Hungry children with sickness were waiting for someone to provide milk and health care for them when they got it they were so pleased. People’s feelings can’t be expressed in words. You can imagine what a hungry person feels when he/she is provided just a bite to eat but we have provided food for whole family for 20-40 days. Wish that you were here to see how big spot is in their hearts for you. Their faith in God is increased to see unexpected help from thousands miles away. Their faith in God is stronger than the past and has been a testimony to Christ to Muslims who received help.
Prayer Points…
Please prayer to God to provide them all what they need now? They need jobs, food, clothes and health care. Keep this all in your prayers.
Also prayer for them who have not gotten help yet, May God provide for them through His people.
We are thankful to you also because you have shown your love for our people through us.
We believe God will give you more blessings. We shall be praying for you.
